Charlie Bear Tardy is a cuddly ground sloth from the 2023 Bearhouse Collection. He is made from a soft and dense plush in earthy brown tones, with dark patches around his eyes and a button nose. He has two plush horns and a tufty tail that add to his charm. He is 33 cm tall and not jointed, making him suitable for ages over 18 months. Tardy is inspired by the extinct group of ground sloths that lived during the Pleistocene period. He is a limited edition of 3000 pieces and comes with a certificate of authenticity. We offer returns on goods that arrive faulty, broken or items not fit for purpose.

All returns must be unused, unopened and in original condition.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to Celebrations Cards and Gifts Tuggerah, and an additional charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.

For refunds the original shipping fee is non refundable and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to accept returns on made to order items, on any damaged goods, whether it be packaging or items.

All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Should a product be faulty please email us immediately and provide photos showing the defect, as all shipments are trackable we require this information in writing in an email within 5 days of delivery and with accompanying photos. In accordance with the ACCC if the item has a minor flaw then we have the right to repair the fault and return back to you. If unable to be repaired a replacement item that matches the original purchase will be provided. Refunds will only be provided in the event that a major problem exists.

In the event a refund is issued the original shipping fee is not refundable unless we are responsible for the return.
