Charlie Bear 2023 Collection.

Charlie Bear Stompy is a woolly rhino from the 2023 Bearhouse Collection. Designed by Isabelle Lee and co-designed by Charlie, he is made from a gorgeous long earthy brown plush with creamy white tipping. Stompy has two horns made from a soft taupe-colored plush, a terrific tufty tail, and delicately sculpted eyes that enhance his kind expression. He is 14.5 inches tall and is not jointed, making him suitable for ages 18 months and above. Stompy is inspired by the Woolly Rhino that roamed the earth during the Pleistocene period.

We offer returns on goods that arrive faulty, broken or items not fit for purpose.

All returns must be unused, unopened and in original condition.

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning parcels to Celebrations Cards and Gifts Tuggerah, and an additional charge will apply to return the exchanged item to the customer.

For refunds the original shipping fee is non refundable and a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We are unable to accept returns on made to order items, on any damaged goods, whether it be packaging or items.

All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Should a product be faulty please email us immediately and provide photos showing the defect, as all shipments are trackable we require this information in writing in an email within 5 days of delivery and with accompanying photos. In accordance with the ACCC if the item has a minor flaw then we have the right to repair the fault and return back to you. If unable to be repaired a replacement item that matches the original purchase will be provided. Refunds will only be provided in the event that a major problem exists.

In the event a refund is issued the original shipping fee is not refundable unless we are responsible for the return.
